We’ve been made aware by several people of a scam running around Christmas time, advertising on Facebook a supposed Art Fair being held at Swarthmoor Hall on 27 and 28 December run by ‘Maril Smith’. If you also saw or were affected by this, please send us details to info@swarthmoorhall.co.uk to help us try and follow this up.
We were actually closed at this time as our website said. Whenever we run events, we’d always clearly advertise it through our digital and social media channels and would correspond via email and bank transfers for payment, and it would be very clear that it was official. All our emails come from the swarthmoorhall.co.uk domain.
